How to take care of your SFI team

Having a big SFI team is a key to success to your SFI business, but having a big team only will not serve you as much if you don’t take of them.

In this Article i am going to give you some tips you can use if you want to take care of your SFI team.

If you have a team, people that you are sponsoring, you need to help them become successful.

Here are some points that i suggest:

1.) First establish good communication. Use email, E-cards, SFI chat, and the telephone if you can.

2.) Be respectful, everyone has limitations and problems to deal with. Never criticize!

3.) Make sure your Affiliates and your co-sponsored people know you are available to help them with problems or questions concerning anything with SFI work, or tripleclicks.

4.) Make suggestions on what they should do for example a real business requires some investment. A minimal investment should be a standing order that will provide at least 1500 VP every month to maintain EA status with more ways to earn money.

5.) Get your leadership page in order to inspire your Affiliates. Do the blog on your page. Earn some badges that demonstrate your leadership abilities, for example go for an “A” on the biz quiz.

6.) Set up some incentives on your leadership page in the form of contests each month. For example $5 for first time EA, $10 for first time BTL, etc. The prizes do not have to be large but be as generous as you can be.

7.) For more advanced Affiliates, show them how and where to advertise for Affiliates to work for them. Show them how to use  facebook, twitter, etc. for placing ads. ( make sure your ads are approved by SFI.)

Are you ready for retirement?

Most of us do not worry about retirement. But the wise thing to do is to create as much income as possible and save a good portion of it for your retirement.

Take a look at lesson no. 6 which i am including here or go to the SFI launch pad and study it there.

Getting off the Anti-Wealth Plan
Though painful to say, most people go through their entire lives on what we call the “Anti-Wealth” Plan. Others call it the “40/40/40 Plan.” That is, work 40 hours a week for someone for 40 years and retire with $40 in the bank!

That’s somewhat of an exaggeration, of course, but the U.S. Social Security Board, for example, has reported that 85 out of 100 Americans won’t possess as much as $500 in savings by age 65. And only 2% will be self-sustaining; the rest will be dependent on family, church, or the government!

The main problem with a typical job is that when YOU stop, the money stops.

MAKE SURE you understand this: If you ever want to acquire real wealth, you’re just not going to get there trading hours for money. The world’s wealthiest people have known for hundreds of years that if you want financial freedom, you MUST tap into at least one of the following:

1. Residual Income
RESIDUAL INCOME is income that keeps coming in month after month, year after year, from work you do just ONCE. It’s like a royalty. An example would be writing a book or recording a song and getting paid forever on it. Wouldn’t it be absolutely awesome to have that?!  Well, with SFI you can!

2. Leveraged Income
LEVERAGED INCOME is earning money through other people’s efforts. There are only 24 hours in a day. Hence, there’s only so much you can earn through your own efforts.  But with SFI, you can earn Leveraged Income (in the form of “override” commissions) on the activity of your personally sponsored affiliates.

Earn even more Leveraged Income when they sponsor other affiliates, and when your affiliates’ affiliates sponsor affiliates…and so on…on up to 12 downline generations!

The fact is, by simply sponsoring a few good, active SFI affiliates, you can eventually have hundreds or even THOUSANDS of affiliates and TC members putting money in your pocket…from around the world…around the clock!

But that’s not even the best part.  Each affiliate on your team has his or her own vested interest to build and KEEP ON building his or her business and income.  This, of course, means YOUR income can continue and grow month after month–even when you want to take a vacation or decide to retire altogether.

Yes, there are few things greater than returning home from a nice vacation to find that your commissions for the month increased from the month before!

Bottom line: With SFI, not only can you earn “do-it-once, get-paid-forever” residual-style income, you also can earn Leveraged Income on the activity of other affiliates!  If building financial security is one of your goals, you’ve found the vehicle to do it with in SFI.

How to make a profit

Other than having fun there is only one reason for working with SFI and that is to make money– a profit!

Where do profits from SFI come from? Mostly from sponsoring people and getting advanced in rank to be assigned CSAs. If you become an EA you get 2 CSA a month.

Money comes to you mostly in the form of commissions from people in your downline and CSAs when they spend money on tripleclicks.com. Soooo…. YOU NEED TO SPONSOR PEOPLE AND MAINTAIN AT LEAST THE MINIMUM RANK OF EA TO HAVE A PROFITABLE BUSINESS!

Now the two things you need to do is to learn about sponsoring by reading the lesson below here or on the launchpad as lesson 5.

The second thing you need to do is be sure to communicate with your sponsor and get advice. For example your team leader knows how to sponsor people, usually through advertisement. Find out how he or she does it by COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR SPONSOR!

Ask and you shall receive!

Here is lesson no. 5 on sponsoring people:

Introduction to Sponsoring
Do you know anyone who might like to earn some extra cash (or a full-time income) working from their computer?  We bet you do!  And even if you don’t know anyone like that, rest assured, there are millions of people around the world who ARE looking for just such a vehicle. We’ll show you how to connect with them…using simple but powerful marketing tools we provide to you at no cost…and with our inexpensive, plug-and-play co-op advertising programs like S-Builder Co-op.

And it’s easy to attract people because SFI is 100% free to join, there’s never any obligation or sales quotas, and no experience is necessary.

So, without ever having to twist anyone’s arm, you introduce people to SFI. They then start making internet sales. And because you were responsible for them joining SFI, we pay you “override commissions.” That is, for every sale THEY make, you automatically earn commissions, too! And not just once, but for every sale they make, month after month, year after year…for life (i.e.Residual Income)!

Imagine having a dozens or hundreds of people generating sales every month…and YOU earning a portion of every sale!  This is the power of sponsoring other affiliates in SFI.

In lessons to come, we’ll show you just how easy it is to get started in sponsoring.

TIP: Did you know that studies show that the average 21-year old already knows over 800 people? Check our “Who do you know?” list for ideas for people to introduce SFI to.

If you have a SFI downline-This is what to do

To those of you who have a downline here are some suggestion on how to motivate them:

If you have a downline, people that you are sponsoring, you need to help them become successful.

great practical guide on doing SFI business.

The following was written by Laura S. of the United States. It is a great practical guide on doing SFI business. Please read and follow her advice.

Since I started at SFI, I have tried my best to take things slowly, and learn all that I can in order to succeed. Part of what I have read is that too many people make SFI harder than it needs to be, usually because they want instant gratification, or a large commission every month for doing very little work.

First of all, logging in EVERY day and completing your “To-Do List” is a huge step in the right direction. Why anyone would think that SFI should pay a monthly commission for doing these things is beyond me. It literally takes 15 minutes per day to complete these tasks, and SFI rewards you with VersaPoints, even though they are giving you all of the tools and training that you need to succeed. I consider this extremely generous of them, and since I don’t work for SFI, but I am trying to build my own online business, this is the least I can do to show my devotion to building my own business.

Since my first month here, I chose to purchase a standing order of 125 TCredits for $36.25 per month, and I was willing to do odd jobs during the month to cover the costs that I was putting into my business. Sometimes I babysat for one weekend a month, and earned way more than what I was spending on my standing order, and other times I would go and mow a couple of small yards and return pop bottles, and I was still coming out ahead of what I was spending.

I also chose to purchase a domain name from GoDaddy for under $10.00 for the year, and their tech support helped me so that I had a creative name, but whenever someone goes to that website, it automatically redirects them to the SFI home page. Once I had my personal site set up, I did a Google search and found hundreds of different places that I could advertise at, all at no cost. I then spent approximately an hour per day placing ads on various websites, and I let the sign-ups begin rolling in.

Even though I was brand new to SFI, I started immediately trying to guide my team to do exactly what I was doing. Any time a question would arise from the few that would actually ask them, I would search for the answers and get back to them immediately. I learned so much just by searching for information for my team, as well as searching for the answers to the SFI “Biz Quiz” answers. This is all invaluable information and I am very thankful for all of the support and training provided by SFI and all of the great members on the “Forum”.

I figure that I spend a minimum of 90 TCredits per month (3 TCredits per day) doing my listed actions. I play Card King 2 times a day for free, and then I spend just 1TC to play it a third time. I have tried the other games and I’m not very good at them, so I just stick with what works for me. Once I exit Card King, I then spend 1 TC to play “Pick a Price”. After completing these tasks, my “EZ” tab is now green and I move onto the “PB” tab. Every time I bid on an auction, I choose something that will help build my business if I win, and I only play the double points (DP) auctions so that I receive 10 MRP rather than just 5 on other auctions.

The auctions come into play because once I have bid 10 times, I earn a spin to build up to a full PSA from the “Bid & Build” on the sideline. In a typical month, I earn at least 2 PSA’s from using this bonus. I also keep a close eye on my MRP throughout the month, and once I have 126 MRP or higher, I then use the MRP to purchase 1 TC at TripleClicks and earn 102 VersaPoints for each one that I purchase.

Another great way to earn VP is to play the “T-Time” numerous times per day. I enter every single hour that I am anywhere near my computer, and I win 2 TC multiple times per week using this method.

Every week I am either winning “T-Time”, “Daily Grand”, “Daily Crown”, or “E365 Daily Drawing”. It is such a great feeling to receive an e-mail telling me that I have won something from one of the many contests that SFI offers every day. In my opinion, this is also very generous since I am here to build a business for myself, and I am being given different useful items all the time to help me along the way.

For the first four months that I was here, I earned a commission each month, but not enough to cover my standing order, so I used what I did make and I purchased small items from TripleClicks. I bought some great e-books, some headphones for my son, and other little items that I found interesting, and I was able to earn VP on all of it.

As my time here goes on, my life seems even crazier, and I will admit that I haven’t done nearly as much as I could with my SFI business, but I am maintaining my daily login activities, and I am keeping my current ads running. Even with such small effort on my part, I am maintaining my standing order and my commissions are covering every cent that I put into my business, and then some. This business works, and you decide how much you want to make depending on the time and effort that you are willing to put into it.

There are still so many other ways to earn VP, and to get sales or sign-ups, and I have just now begun to scratch the surface of attempting to make sales. Every article you read, and every tip that you receive could be the piece of advice that will allow you to get your business of the ground.

Don’t get discouraged, get tough and determined! Your attitude and approach can make or break you!

Have a great day everyone!

The Power of ONE-Building Your SFI Team

In today article i am going to share with you the concept of The Power of ONE,This concept i learn it from a team leader who is doing this and he has a huge and successful team,so this is the power of one concept.

I just did a simple calculation which I feel like I should share with everyone.

Let’s say you are serious about this business, so in average you enroll 1 new PSA per day. That should not be a hard task, if you use training materials provided by SFI you would learn how to do that. Or just go for S-builder / PSA To Go / some ECA store or outsource any other way you find suitable for you.

People share with others some statistics like % of new PSA who are active. Some say their are just 1%, others claim they manage to activate 10%. I personally saw with my own eyes ( in my Gen report ) a person who was a TOP Enroller and managed to activate more than 50% !!! ( I agree – that’s really AMAZING! ). I will take, for a purpose to explain my point, that it is just 3.3% ( 1/30 ). In other words, you sponsor 1 new PSA per day, 30 new people every month, and you manage to activate just 1 of that 30. So you would end your first month with a *team* of 2 people: you and your 1 new active PSA

What will happen next month if you 2, you and your new active PSA, stick with your team building efforts the same way? You would keep sponsoring 1 new PSA every day. For the whole month that is 30 new people enrolled by you. As we said, if 29 drop out, and just 1 stay active, sharing the same vision with you, you will personally get just 1 more NEW active PSA in your second month. In Total, at the end of the second month, you have just 2 active PSA ( and 58 inactive ). You trained / helped your active PSA from the previous month to do the same. He agreed to enroll 1 new PSA per day, just like you. He will finish the second month with his 30 new PSA, 29 inactive, and just 1 active. So, at the end of the second month you have a team of 4 active people ( and 87 inactive ): you, your 1 active PSA from a previous month, your 1 new active PSA, and “1 new active PSA of your PSA” your GEN2

If you extend this, you will finish the third month with a team of 8 active people ( and 172 inactive )

In the beginning it looks like you are going very slow, all of you invest a lot of time/money w/o getting back too much. But let us extend this further:

Month 1 – You sponsor 1 person – Total active people in your business – 2 ( you and your 1 active PSA )
Month 2 – Everyone sponsors – Total active People in your business: 4
Month 3 – Everyone sponsors – Total active People: 8
Month 4 – Everyone sponsors – Total active People: 16
Month 5 – Everyone sponsors – Total active: 32
Month 6 – Everyone sponsors – Total active: 64

Now here is the awesome part and where exponential growth starts to kick in. If you were to keep up that same pace of sponsoring just 1 person a month, teaching everyone in your organization to do the same, over the course of a year you would have grown an team of over 4000 active people. Here’s what the numbers would like on that:

Month 7 – Total 128
Month 8 – Total 256
Month 9– 512
Month 10 – 1024
Month 11 – 2048
Month 12 – 4096

Some will become Team Leaders, while others will keep EA rank, and 1500 VP/mo minimum. Let us take the minimum and convert this number into commissions! 1500 Matching VP have a variable money value, but we can take that it is $0.60 ( 60 cents ). Here is your income just from Matching Shares:

Month 1 – 2 X $0.60 = $1.20 – are you disappointed? Wait until the end!
Month 2 – 4 X $0.60 = $2.40
Month 3 – 8 X $0.60 = $4.80 – still disappointed? Read further!
Month 4 – 16 X $0.60 = $9.60
Month 5 – 32 X $0.60 = $19.20
Month 6 – 64 X $0.60 = $38.40 – this will finally cover your SO of 125 TCredits
Month 7 – 128 X $0.60 = $76.80
Month 8 – 256 X $0.60 = $153.60
Month 9– 512 X $0.60 = $307.20 – not bad, not bad, keep rocking!
Month 10 – 1024 X $0.60 = $614.40
Month 11 – 2048 X $0.60 = $1228.80
Month 12 – 4096 X $0.60 = $2457.60 – I think now you have nothing to complain on

Do you know what is the best part? The best part is this: there is also month 13, month 14 , month 15 …  That is exactly the reason why this kind of business is a better choice than to have a 9-5 J*O*B, there your income is called “salary” and is limited for a 40 years with a very small rise, leaving you with 1/2 or lower after you *retire*

If this is true, why not everyone doing that? There are many reasons for that! Main reason is: they don’t see that that way – you should tell them! School, television, newspapers, your parents, friends, neighbors… they mainly talk about “finding a descent J*O*B” because they are VICTIMS of that SCAMS who limit people’s minds thus limiting their potential income, and joy in life.

Everyone has ability to follow this simple plan. Even w/o much money to do paid advertising, you can advertise on so many FREE ways. Time consuming, but it will not take you 40 years to retire on 1/2 of your usual income. It might take you more than 1 year, maybe 2, 3 or even 4, but once you *retire*as a Diamond Team Leader, you will earn so much more than before!

The Power of ONE can give you everything you wish if you understand it, stick with it, and explain to others how it works.

Join My SFI team and i will help you to build your own team using these powerfull strategies

Blogging- another best mode of advertising and it works

Blogging also has been a successful and key tool for advertising and it, s really working for me as my Team size has grown to 180 out of it 115 are PSA and 80% are from advertisement.

Blogging
Few days back I started writing blogs and all publishing about successful stories of Sfi and it’s business wings and ultimately the unthinkable earning capacity.

As a result on daily basis I am getting new team leaders in 3-5 in count from blog itself .

Added to it, is not only because of blog only yet also the uniqueness of our sfi business.

I firmly believe that our SFI BUSINESS is yet to be explored by many millions of new entrepreneurs we just need to move out and show them the untapped opportunity of huge potential earnings awaits for them.

Lastly to add while writing this post 2 new team leader has joined and now it is mid night in India , yet being responsible and dedicated toward my business I am ready to welcome them on sfi business platform

The best way to communicate with your downline

The best way to communicate with your downline is whatever works for you. There are numerous ways that SFI has built into the system. You could do the following.

The best way to communicate with your downline

1. Send an email to your affiliate when you want to communicate directly with just that affiliate. However, you can do that using the Communications Manager built into SFI.

2. Send eCards to your affiliates when you want to communicate with one and congratulate him/her on reaching a goal or perhaps to wish the affiliate a happy birthday or send some other message.

3. Use the messaging feature available on every page and also available in the Affiliate Snapshot and Movers and Genealogy. That is also good for individual affiliates.

4. Use the Genealogy Team Mail to send out messages to all your team or to whichever combinations of groups you would like.

5. Send messages in the Stream to all your affiliates.

6. Communicate through the Forum.

You could telephone affiliates in your area that you sponsor. I wouldn’t do that in the case of affiliates in very long distances where cost is very high.

My own preference is to contact affiliates through the PSA Mailer, the CSA Mailer and the Communications Manager at the SFI Affiliate Center or the Stream. That way, if something goes wrong with the affiliate’s email address, you can still contact him/her. That is why these tools are provided. This should be very helpful to you.

SFI Team Building

Although advertising TripleClicks is a great suggestion, most newcomers to SFI do not have the qualification skills necessary to become successful first on.

I suggest a more feasible effective option; Steer our new Affiliates toward building up a strong team. This alone takes much effort, however while advancing along with an active team we stand a better chance using the TripleClicks games and auctions to support our team building endeavors.

Within the team building focus is the opportunity to share with our assigned, and enrolled PSA and CSA Affiliates how we do it using the games and auctions properly and strategically. We can’t move ahead faster than we develop a strong team. The sales come through mastering our team building skills, and with this affordability grows.

Advertising is a whole new ballgame. It is very difficult for veteran marketing Affiliates to do both team building and advertising, however we find this accomplished passively just by focusing on team building support, and of course duplication.

Once we have those 5 – 7 seriously active team members in place we loosen up more time for advertising and affordability. We now have in place the opportunity to create an advertising budget. Working from this budget which we developed from our TripleClicks “Wishlist” now gives us an ideal how much we can afford monthly and annually.

Sales come from the usability of our stable teams at our TripleClicks store, and the purchases made through a duplication process. Sharing our goals, and planing ahead, while communicating with our team members what we are doing, why we are doing it, how we do it, when and where we are heading, as well as results expected, help deliver a positive growth culture among team members.

They see the products you are using, they see increased activity from the team leader support options, they also see advancement in your activities. This helps develop that confidence within the group; yes, this business is growing.

Focusing on team building creates sales growth.

Direct marketing takes much more experience. Prospecting for ECA members also create sales, but what strategies we employ are so vast and ever changing it is best to give time for preparation through leadership and guidance as the individual Affiliate is qualified through training.

It is suggested to focus on one thing, and do it well.

Team building is the suggested focus.

Why should i log into SFI every day?

I have noticed that some of you do not log in to SFI every day.

Why should you log in every day? There a lot of reasons but i will list some of the more important ones.

1. Sometimes there are alerts for your attention that you do not want to miss.

2. You can stay in tune with SFI news, new questions on the forum,
and study the new lessons on the LAUNCH PAD– you get 5 VP for doing each lesson. If you do them all in one month you will get 305 VP.

3. You get recognition for logging in every day as a “XX day streak”… My streak is now 91 days of logging in and not missing a single day.

4. You can earn Versa Points by turning the red tabs into green tabs, sending group mail to your downline, playing the EZ games and bidding on the auctions.

Your goal should be to earn at least 1500 VP every month to earn and keep your executive affiliate status. It is possible to earn 500 to 600 of those points just doing the tasks each day on the to-do list. I usually get 20 Vp a day or more doing this.

To make up the rest of the 1500 VP you should consider a standing order for investing in your SFI business. For example, a standing order for 100 Tcredits is $29 a month with 1200 VP. a 50 PSA pack is $139 and provides 1600 VP. Invest something in your business every month for fast success
